Our team is a tight knit bunch.
We work hard, enjoy each others company and we don’t let each other down.
Our core team have all been either staff or customers for at least 5 years so hopefully doing something right!
Most of our junior team have been with us at least 2/3 seasons and tend to start at 15-16 and stay until they finish their full time education and move into their chosen careers.
We believe in skilling up. Everyone starts on pot wash and running tables & will move forward into our different roles both in the kitchen and front of house.

CURRENT POSITIONS:
CAFE ALLROUNDER
(16+ part time)
This is a weekend position covering either a Saturday or Sunday shift each week.
our FOH team do a little bit of everything from Meeting & Greeting, Taking Orders, Food & Drinks Prep & Serving/Clearing Tables. Previous experience preferable. Full training given.
JUNIOR POSITION
(part time Y11 or turning 16 in 2025)
We understand school comes first so until after GCSE’s are finished we give limited regular hours to our junior staff in term time with more hours in school holidays.
-A Weekend 5 hour shift on a Saturday or Sunday.
For 16+ students we may offer a longer weekend shifts depending on other commitments/pressures.
All juniors start on Pot Wash/Food Running and progress to other roles either in the Kitchen or Front of House as we see milestones being reached.
PLEASE NOTE ALL STAFF MUST BE FLEXIBLE & ABLE TO WORK A REGULAR WEEKEND SHIFT - please do not apply if you cannot work regular weekends.
